Shri Raju R. Mehta established Rushabh Creation in 2001 with a vision to preserve and promote Gujarati language, literature, and religious teachings amidst the growing influence of Western culture and education systems. Recognizing that future generations may drift away from traditional Gujarati texts and religious literature, he sought to use modern technology—such as computers, smartphones, and the internet—to make religious and cultural materials easily accessible to the tech-savvy youth. Beyond Rushabh Creation's mission of spreading Jain teachings, Shri Raju R. Mehta actively contributes to various Jain organizations and other cultural and religious initiatives, as well as animal welfare efforts, demonstrating his commitment to preserving spiritual values and cultural heritage.​ Shri Raju R. Mehta founded Rushabh creation in 2001 with the view of harnessing modern technology in terms of computers, phones and other devices in conjunction with internet to bring religious and cultural materials & information to the easy reach of the new technology literate generation. ​ In addition to Rushabh Creation’s activities of making Jain religion accessible, Raju R. Mehta is also involved in numerous Jain and other organisations that are connected with religious, cultural and other cultural activities plus animal welfare.

Nila Shah joined Rushabh Creation in 2011 as Overseas Executive, bringing a fresh perspective and a new direction for the organization. Under her leadership, we expanded our efforts to distribute religious content internationally, with a focus on translating key projects into English. As a result, we have successfully distributed materials in the UK and East Africa. Nila has been instrumental in funding the re-recording and upgrading of our existing collection of Jain Stavans, while also supporting the development of new products for the export market. Her primary goal is to make Jainism accessible to younger generations in the UK and USA by translating important literature into English. This includes works such as Jina Worship, Shraman Bhagwan Mahavir, the Pilgrimage of Shri Shatrunjay, and Pratikraman. Additionally, Nila is enhancing Rushabh Creation’s website as a powerful tool to promote and market Jainism to a tech-savvy, younger audience.

Reema Gandhi joined Rushabh Creation in 2015, bringing with her a fresh perspective to advance the organization's mission of spreading Jainism through audiovisual media. With her unwavering dedication, marketing skills, customer-friendly approach, and intellectual capabilities, Reema has played a key role in elevating Rushabh Creation to new heights. Her efforts in the realm of digital marketing and social media have been instrumental in engaging a younger audience, furthering the noble cause of promoting Jainism.
